New Recipe: Macadamia- and cranberry biscotti
It's been a while. I'm kind of drowning in revision and essay writing, taking care of the kids (6 months old and 2 years old) and of course they are ill at the same time. However, making these biscottis only takes about 20 minutes and then you have plenty to savour for a while (if you manage to hide them from other family members that is). I am telling you, these are saving my sanity during the exam/essays/Christmas/sick children period.

You may want to warn people about how addictive these actually are! I'm off to the kitchen to make them for the 100th time or so ;-)

I made them with white chocolate once and decided that it wasn't a good idea...not because it tasted bad....but the opposite...very dangerous.
